1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at https://fillio.io or using the Fillio Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and the extension. The materials contained in this website and extension are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use Licence

Permission is granted to install one copy of the Fillio extension for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Fillio's website or extension;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Fillio at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Description of Service

Fillio is an AI-powered browser extension designed to help you fill in online forms faster. It works by reading the structure of a web form and suggesting or automatically filling in responses based on the profile data you have saved locally in the extension.

4. Registration Information & Privacy

When you register with Fillio, you will be asked to provide certain information including your email address and authentication credentials. Profile data used for form filling is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to or stored on Fillio's servers, in accordance with our Zero Data Storage principle.

Your registration information and usage of the service will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Registration & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. You agree to notify Fillio immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

6. Credits, Payments, and Refund Policy

Access to Fillio's core form-filling features requires the use of credits. Purchases of credits are processed through our authorised Merchant of Record (Paddle). Credits do not have an expiry date, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. Skipped fields during the autofill process do not consume credits.

Credits are valid for use while the Fillio service is operational. In the unlikely event that the service is permanently discontinued, Fillio will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance through the website and by email where reasonably practicable.

Refunds for other reasons, including partial refunds, may be offered at the sole discretion of the Fillio team in cases where technical problems on our end prevent you from properly using the service. In the case of technical issues, we may also choose to top up your credit balance to compensate for any inconvenience.

7. Force Majeure

Fillio shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the service caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, power or internet outages, failures of third-party infrastructure (including cloud hosting providers, AI model providers, or payment processors), changes in law or regulation, cyberattacks, or any other event beyond Fillio's reasonable control.

During a force majeure event, credits will not be consumed for failed autofill requests, and Fillio will endeavour to restore the service as soon as reasonably practicable.

8. Automated Actions & User Responsibility

Fillio uses artificial intelligence to suggest form fill values based on the profile data you provide. The quality and relevance of the AI-generated suggestions depends directly on the completeness and accuracy of your profile data. Incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate profile data will result in incomplete or inaccurate form fill suggestions. AI models may also produce plausible-sounding but factually incorrect responses. You must always review all auto-filled values carefully before submitting a form.

Because the Fillio extension fills out fields but does not submit the form, you are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted to any third party. Fillio is not responsible for any outcomes, errors, or damages resulting from the submission of incorrect information, including but not limited to rejected applications, missed deadlines, or missed opportunities.

External websites where the extension operates may contain bugs or implement countermeasures that prevent Fillio from working correctly in some cases. Credits are consumed based on the fields successfully filled, regardless of the overall outcome of the form submission on the third-party site.

You acknowledge and agree that you use these features at your own risk.

9. Fair Use Policy

Fillio is designed for normal, interactive use. The following limits apply to protect service quality for all users.

• Field limit: Fillio is designed to autofill forms containing up to 30 fields per session. Forms with more than 30 fields may not be fully processed.
• Page context: Fillio may limit the volume of page content it processes per request to maintain performance and service quality for all users.
• Request rate limits: To maintain service availability for all users, limits are applied to the number of autofill requests that can be made within a given period. These limits are set well above what a typical user would need and exist solely to prevent automated abuse. Normal use will not be affected. If your account repeatedly exceeds these limits, it may be reviewed and access may be suspended.
• Acceptable use: Fillio must not be used to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to any third party. Automated or scripted use of the service beyond normal, interactive browser use is not permitted.

Fillio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in breach of this Fair Use Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the materials and services provided by Fillio are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. Fillio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Fillio does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the materials, services, software, text, graphics, and links on its website or extension.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Fillio, its suppliers, or any third parties mentioned on the website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, damages for loss of profits or business opportunities, or damages resulting from lost data or lost employment opportunities) resulting from the use or inability to use Fillio, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
